A consultancy serving landlords faced a daunting task: manually reviewing 7,500 tenancy dispute cases to identify risk areas. The estimated manual workload was around 2,000 hours—far beyond their available resources. We analysed their existing workflow in depth and pinpointed a clear opportunity to apply AI to automate the analysis and extract critical insights efficiently.
Implementing AI Workflow
We designed a custom AI-driven application to automatically process and categorise thousands of tenancy decisions. The solution converted qualitative data into actionable, quantitative insights, delivering results directly into reports that seamlessly integrated with the consultancy’s existing processes.
Outcome
Saved nearly 2,000 hours of manual labour.
Identified high-risk claim categories, enabling landlords to proactively reduce exposure and save tens of thousands of pounds.
